Hi, I’m Precious Ile.

Hi, I’m Precious Ile. ​I am a TEDx & Keynote Speaker, storyteller, spoken word poet, dialogue facilitator, award-winning consultant, Certified Public Participation Professional (CP3), and Certified Executive Coach (CEC). I specialize in public speaking, executive presence and storytelling, and transforming team conflict, lack of alignment or buy-in on high-stakes projects into high-performance. Proudly born and raised in Nigeria and naturalized as a Canadian, a natural storyteller, and faith-driven entrepreneur, I bring a unique blend of authenticity, expertise, and diverse global experiences to the screen or stage. ​ I believe that public speaking, effective & authentic communication, and stakeholder engagement are core leadership skills that everyone needs to excel in today's fast-changing future of work.
